Initially, and prior to making final payment before arrival, had difficulty contacting the property manager, but once communication was established, communication was very good. Upon arrival there were some construction issues, but the property manager made some grateful compensations. Would definitely stay at this VRBO again."

"This rental was such a beautiful, cozy cottage on such a pretty beach! It was the perfect size for just the two of us and we loved the little wood burning furnace. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The town nearby is adorable and it was so peaceful and quiet here. We will definitely be back! Susan was wonderful! The check in and check out processes were very easy. "Nice little house...good location east of Pictured Rocks. Really private backyard with woods and fire pit was a nice bonus. But not too far that you feel like your out in the sticks, since Grand Marais is a short drive down the hill. The house has everything we needed. Kitchen is well stocked with all tools. Interestingly the internet didn't work well at all the first night. It wouldn't have been a big deal but we were trying to plan for the next day at Pictured Rocks. But by the next...

"The home was perfect for our mini UP getaway. The addition / main bedroom was where my husband and I spent most of our time hanging out. It also smelled fresh and nice like new wood. The rest of the house was quite musty smelling, which is to be expected with an older seasonal cabin, but it should be noted because some folks with allergies may experience a reaction (our kiddo did). Luckily the weather was unseasonably warm so we opened the windows. The porch was also a great place to relax...
