“Unfortunately, we could only stay one night, but would have loved to stay longer! This place is wonderful. (The king size bed is extremely comfortable!) The animals are indeed all so friendly. Great place for a family to enjoy. It was raining during our stay and just sitting on the front porch listening to the rain was so relaxing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. If we ever travel this direction again, I would stay here one more time. :)”

The location is great with easy access to downtown, SOMA, and midtown. It’s a very walkable neighborhood. The owners were very easy to communicate with and check in/check out was simple. “This was our first time in Little Rock. We were there to see the eclipse. We were within walking distance to everything, downtown, brewery's, etc. We were there two nights and did not have to drive anywhere. The accommodations were very nice. We especially enjoyed sitting out front in the evenings.”

“We traveled up for the Eclipse with a few extended family members. The house was very nice and in a great location. We felt safe and enjoyed being close to all kinds of food and shopping options. It was great to have a nice home base after our days of exploring and we really had a great trip! If you do choose to stay here be sure to document any issues you have right away with the owner. I found a couple of things and let her know when we left so she could be aware. She accused us of breaking……

The house was very clean, adequately described in listing, and Ruth made sure we had everything we needed. We were concerned about the location’s proximity to I-630 but it never bothered our sleep. “The Rosemont is simply one of the best places we stayed at in all of Arkansas. It was only for one night on a road trip across the state, but it could not have been more perfect. Clean, cozy, cutely decorated, smelled good, unique, safe, walkable neighborhood, interesting things to see and eat and do nearby. Oh and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Reasonably priced for all the bonuses of staying there, and the communication was excellent to boot. Would absolutely stay there again.”
