“The Lazy River cabin was excellent! Clean, quiet, and charming, with an cozy wood stove and a great hot tub. Plenty of space to sleep, heated floors in the basement, well stocked with towels and linnens, the dishwasher worked very well as did any kitchen equipment we used. The only issues we had were extremely minor. As usual with "rentals," the knives were quite dull. There was a loud heat pump on the upper level (it faded into the background quickly, but it was much louder than the identical……

“We were in town for a 2 day swim invite at Luther College and this worked perfectly for us. It was just a 0.7 mile walk to the pool or a couple minute drive so easy to get back to between sessions. The apartment was decorated very nicely, had comfortable beds & the kitchen was stocked nicely with coffee pods & snacks. ”

“This stay was everything I hoped for and more. The property was exactly as described - beautifully modern, spacious, and filled with warm touches that made it feel instantly comfortable. The exposed‑beam kitchen and living area were stunning, and the views from the windows made the whole place feel open and peaceful.The hosts are exceptional. One of them was actually my former principal, and he met me at the property to make sure everything went smoothly. That personal care meant a lot and set……

“We had an amazing, peaceful, and private stay—just what we wanted! The location was great and very close to everything decorah has to offer! The fall colors were beautiful and definitely showing off for us. We ended up using the air mattress to sleep on and that worked out really well for us as the back of the futon wasn’t very comfortable, but great for sitting! We were never able to find the trails that led down to the bottom of the Quarry, but that’s ok. We didn’t need to talk to the owners……
