“Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout my stay. The continental breakfast was decent as well. The only downside was the pool area, which was very small for the amount of guests staying there. It honestly felt more like a large hot tub converted into a pool. Everything was peaceful during the week, but once the weekend came and more younger guests and children arrived, the atmosphere became much louder. There were children running……

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”

“We had a last minute cancellation of our flight and needed a place to stay close to MKE airport. We found this hotel through Expedia and got a great deal. What we found when we got there is that the hotel was completely remodeled. Everything was new and nice. The staff was polite and friendly. We had to leave early the next morning, so we didn't get to try the breakfast. “The breakfast is breakfast. It's eggs and Sausage and danishes with juice and milk that the same meals in all hotels. I didn't eat it but it looked and smelled good. I ate cereal and milk. My room was spotless when I got it. Nothing bad to grade on. ”

“Trying to access the building is a nightmare because the entrance is recessed into the wall and there is no immediate desk. The door is locked, so you need to get buzzed in. Unfortunately, no instructions posted to help.”

“We arrived early and were allowed to check in. The room looked expensive! It was clean for the most part. There were some ants. We did find some garbage under the bed and a hand print on the headboard!.Beds were comfortable. The pool was beautiful. Free breakfast! The best part was how EASY it was to get to from I94. We would stay here again.”
