Staff, especially the housekeeping, were friendly, courteous and professional. When I checked out on Monday morning, the only guy 8:30 am, waited for me to say something so I handed the 2 key cards…did his thing and said “all set”. Not even a thank you, thanks for spending over $1,000 for a week, have a good day, NOTHING. I was the only person at the desk. I just heard they were bought out and it’s getting renovated. I would start by renovations with the front desk.

Molly-best host, beautiful property inside and outside-very convenient and walkable. Enjoyed 2 nights, breakfast delish and so much to do - Saugatuck fun destination. Highly recommend and will be back!

Book early during summer...we booked the last room available at the Belvedere. Great owner/place, service, cocktails and best dinner we had. Not so fortunate on the last room of choice as it was on third floor a super squeaky bed which led to an uncomfortable night sleep. All in all, a great place!
