"This was a warm and inviting space. CC even offered me breakfast. I was a single woman in for a class reunion and had be somewhere on Sat and Sunday mornings. It was lovely coming back to relax and read. The space is small perfect for a couple with a young person. The patio over looks the river. The house is on a cul-de-sac perfect for strolling around the neighborhood. Very quiet and safe. Well lit path at night to the back, private entrance. Small fridge but holds a lot. The apartment was clean, well-kept, and just the right size for two people. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. It’s a perfect spot for anyone visiting Hofstra University or the surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is non smoking but the property smells like Weed. Do not stay here. "

"Booked this hotel last minute while traveling for work, it’s really close to the Yankee Stadium, the street it’s on isn’t the cleanest. The hotel is clean nothing luxurious but clean in fact they seem to clean with bleach because the hallway and my room both smelt like bleach to the point that it gave me a headache it was so strong!! There is WiFi, no onsite laundry but there is a laundromat 5min walking distance from the hotel. They have onsite gated parking for $30 per night as an option, which was good or you would have to search for street parking. I didn’t see any sketchy people around, I will add this hotel as my last resort option. "

"-Room was clean for the most part. Nothing out of the ordinary -Breakfast simple enough. Had the basics with some Asian fare. Lots of bread/pastries. Good enough to start your day. -Location good. Close to lots of restaurants, the MTA, and the Q90 bus -Staff accommodating for when I had to reschedule my flight and talked with them about leaving my key and checking out over the phone -Walls are really thin. Had trouble sleeping since I could hear neighbors next to me. I don't know if there is a set time for quiet hours but that probably could be enforced. -Wi-fi was very weak in the part of the building I was in"
