"We arrived very late due to delays by WestJet and the Mexican airport and shuttle. However Jose ( the caretaker) was great to let us in even though it was after checkin time. So we were very appreciative of him. A family of 6 tired from a 10 hour travel day we’re thankful for Jose. The property is a bit noisy due to the proximity to entertainment district but otherwise it was fine for what we needed. Close to everything . Thank you Jose !"

"View from the rooftop is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the roof is closed/ locked until 8am, so you can’t go up there in the morning to watch the sunrise over the sea (part of the reason for booking this place). Building is still under construction, as well as several nearby buildings. So expect to hear pounding throughout the day. Gym is basic but sufficient - a couple treadmills, a couple bikes, and a rack of dumbbells. Garage is tight! If you have anything larger than a VW Jetta, don’t...

"No one told us you had to call the cuban lady upstairs by phone to get her to throw us the keys when we arrived. Also no one told us that you have to turn in the boiler yourself to get hot water. Also no one told us that if you pay when you arrive it has to be all in cash. "

"My husband and I stayed for three wonderful nights. The condo was well-equipped. Although we did not really cook, it appeared to have everything needed should you choose to cook. The water supply and ability to make ice was a definite plus. We also appreciated the variety of games. The seaweed was expected, but not a problem for us. The water shoes that were supplied made it easy to get passed it and over the rocks to enjoy the beautiful clear water! Although a bit snug for my husband's size...

"Condo Manager Griselda was very helpful and communicated promptly before and during the stay with detail instructions via email and what’s app It was a very friendly and family environment, a couple of blocks from the beach and about 3 blocks from 5ave right across the street from a police station. It’s located towards the end of the road surrounded by condo and an XXO 7/11 and pharmacy next door. "So overall value of this stay was very high. Two full 3rd floor balcony views of the Ocean would cost you $500 a night at any hotel.
