“Excelente destino”

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“My family and I recently stayed at Bahia Principe Explore Resort, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The beach, one of the main reasons we booked this resort, was completely overwhelmed by seaweed during our stay. The shoreline and water were so affected that we were unable to enjoy the beach at all. The specialty restaurants advertised as part of the resort experience were never available to book. “Customer service extremely rigid and unhelpful- zero accommodation- my son was sick and they would not allow me to simply take some toast from the buffet for him-said I had to use room service and when I asked for simple toast and a banana they said they could not bring that-only order off the menu Very disappointing!!!”
