"We came to Raleigh for our son’s wedding and new daughter-in-law’s graduation from Duke. This beautiful home could not have been more perfect! There were eight of us - three couples and two children, and this house had plenty of room for all! The kids loved the play area in the backyard, and enjoyed seeing the deer and squirrels. We used the theater room, including the arcade game many times. I appreciated that there were condiments and spices left in the fridge/kitchen! I hate having to buy...

"very conveniently located 0.7 miles from the Convention center - an easy walk on sidewalk and main roads. Some of the neighborhood further down the road was "sketchy" as my kids would say but we did not feel unsafe at any time. Backyard was nicely done with lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit and grill. Outside we could hear traffic and a few trains but not inside the house."

"We stayed 3 nights at this location it was lovely. We were going to arrive late and we reached out to the host to let them know. They quickly responded to let us know they’d leave the lights on for us. We arrived and the house was well lit and it was so clean. We loved how each bed had an extra cozy blanket it made it feel like home. It was a very well stocked house with everything you might need. "Wow, what a great stay! The cottage was very clean, in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. I found it to be a great place to work and relax. The kitchen was appropriately stocked if you wanted to cook or simply get take out. I couldn’t ask for a better stay or host! It is exactly as described and I am looking forward to my next stay there. I cannot wait to come back!"

"The stay was pleasant and peaceful. I was in town for a relativein the hospital, but it felt like I was on a mini vacation. I've heard of so many different nightmare stays with Premier hosts, so I was a bit Leary. She was wonderful and very attentive. The Cottage itself is so cozy and inviting. I am looking forward to staying again under better circumstances."

The property did not disclose the pool was not certified and that it was unavailable until check-in. This was disappointing and one of the things my wife was looking forward to. "

"This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends."
