"Overall, it was a fantastic stay at the Vista cottage. The cottage has ample space and is well outfitted for a lengthy stay. It is also located close to many north San Diego County attractions and was only 5 minutes from our son's place. It is minutes away from freeway access and shopping. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom had a full closet with plenty of space to hang clothes. The washer/dryer came in handy and there was plenty of towels/linens for your stay. All the appliances looked new...

"Lots of B&B type atmosphere in the property, spacious to hang out, great location near the village with restaurants a short walk. 3rd bedroom is only reachable through the second bedroom. Great yard and accommodation for our dog. Host is great. Significant trek to the beach."

"My husband took our 2 teen daughters to Lynn’s place this past week for 4 nights. It was spectacular! The views are incredible, and the sunsets were unbelievable. We sat several nights on the deck and just watched all the people walking and enjoying the coastline with their adorable dogs! The cottage is fully stocked and adorably decorated. The beds are SO comfortable! We will definitely be back, Encinitas is the coolest spot and a great place to see and visit the San Diego area! Thank you Lynn!"

"Stay was great and we would be happy to come back. My mother was amazed at how nice the place was, and I was surprised to hear her comment as such so many times. My kids loved being so close to the beach. The kitchen was well appointed, clean, and everything worked. Patio was great to catch the ocean breeze, and the complex grounds are beautiful and well-designed to create seclusion and privacy. Koi pond was a major draw for my kids and others that stopped by. There was construction going on...

"Nice 1 bedroom home with full kitchen and everything needed for our week in Oceanside. It's close to town and within walking distance to the pier area. Oceanside is lovely and there's lots to do in the surrounding area. Michael, the landlord, was easy to reach when needed. But everything was in working order. I also love that it was pet friendly."

"I usually stay at a nearby timeshare that gets rented out by the owners, but chose this place instead. Very glad I did. Communication was excellent with the owner/management. Waking up and propping myself up in bed and watching the ocean through the front siding glass door was incredible. Plus it has a front porch that we ate several breakfasts and meals. I was happy we stayed here and hope to go back soon. The only issue is that the water heater went out on Sunday afternoon, but it was turned...

"Great location, fantastic view, great for a weekend getaway. For a longer stay you will need some basics for cooking and your own towels. Parking is super tricky via the alley way but we would definitely return again."

"We found our stay at Marbella very enjoyable. Our king corner unit had a great view of the ocean and pier. The sound of the waves in the evening was very relaxing. We did yoga on the patio one day which was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side but comfortable. The location is great. Highly recommend this place. "

"This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this property. I love everything about it. It’s clean, it’s in a wonderful area, they have rooms with nice ocean views. The only change I wish they would make: please put a trash can in the bathroom."

"The convenience to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops is great, the room was clean and comfortable. The Coaster Train was loud from our room but you get used to it. 2 fire pits and 2 outdoor fireplaces were out of order and we were looking forward to that amenity. The bikes could use some service, rusted. The jacuzzi needed to be cleaned. The grounds and seating areas were pretty. It can be difficult to find an open parking spot. Overall good stay."
