“This spot is an absolute gem! Morning coffee on the deck with a gorgeous view is just what the Dr. ordered. The place was very clean and is pet friendly. Communication was easy with Linda and she checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. For me, this place is a 12 out of 10.”

“Very spacious for our group of 14. All of the adults had their own king size bed. The 6 kids present enjoyed the community pool and nearby basketball hoop. They also enjoyed the lower level shuffleboard table, pool table and air hockey game. We loved use of the tram to get our coolers to and from the nearby dock. Our,only complaint was the gas grill provided was sub standard and should have been replaced for our stay. ”

“The home was a perfect fit for our large family. Lots of open space to mill about or gather as a group for dinner or family activities. Large outside deck was nice too. Views of lake obstructed by trees but that seems to be the case for most homes on this lake. Easy access to gas, groceries, etc.. and marinas were just a short drive away. “First of all this was our family’s 2nd stay at this property. After our first visit last summer here we fell in love with this place!! Fenced in backyard for our 2 doggies to roam and play. “We had a wonderful family trip stay in this home! Literally, everything you might want to use in a rental home can be found here! Lake views from back of home are great and decks provide a superb, cozy atmosphere for gatherings. Kitchen is amazingly well equipped with any implements needed and the best supply of cleaning products possible. “Our 13th annual Girls Weekend was an easy success staying at this beautiful Monticello home. David was great to work with and the location was easy to get to and had plenty of parking. The views were stunning and the heated pool allowed us to take advantage of the beautiful October weekend! The hot tub was the best we have ever experienced! The fire pit area was perfect for relaxing and star gazing. The game room was fun and all the beds were comfortable. We loved it and highly recommend!”
