"Nice small cottage with a nice view outside."

"This is our 2nd visit in six months. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. Linsey is a great host. We did spectacular catching trout on the White River thanks to our long term guide David Talor from Sore Lip'm out of Heber Springs. We stay three nights and will continue to do this two to three times a year for years down the road. Also the cottage is within 2 miles of great food, the 178 club and Bush's Pizza. Can't wait to go back."

"The kitchen is tough being so small and curious if the coffee pot and maybe microwave could be put on a bakers rack or cart. The oven needed pushed back just so silverware drawer could open all the way but I don't know what was back there so I didn't. Parking could use better signage for parking, I knew where we were going and still had difficulty. I keep my boat at Tracey so very familiar and would love to stay again but extra fees are a killer. Charlie and Patti are wonderful hosts and made sure our stay was enjoyable. I would certainly recommend this place to friends and family and will return when travels bring us back to this area."
