"This was our first Air B&B experience and it exceeded our expectations! The unit was close to local amenities and activities. A suggestion would be a sound bar on the TV in the main room to redirect the sound towards the room the main as opposed to the adjacent room - goes right through the walls! Might also check the remote in main bedroom - it was inoperatable. Last thing. Perhaps some outside chairs to enjoy the Oregon air! These are just small things and didn't affect our overall ratiing in...

"I did have trouble with my code not working to get into cottage. The manger was very helpful and reset it for me.(This was at 10p). Very nice place. The bed was comfortable but placed in a space just big enough for the bed so hard to make and get in and out of. The microwave was too high for me to reach. Very private and quiet place and would stay there again."

"Nice layout, worked well for our needs. Beautiful view out the front door. This is a pet friendly location. Keep this in mind if you have allergies. The only drawback I had with it was the amount of animal hair hiding in places. I don’t hold this against them because as I said I knew it was pet friendly. Owner was very friendly and a great host! Would stay again!"

"Overall, we had a great time staying at this beautiful property. The river was wonderful and the swimming pool was perfection on the 107 degree days. The only thing that caught us a bit off guard was the resident on property had a dog. It would have been great to know there would/could be a dog roaming the yard before booking. "We had a great stay while visiting family in Medford. We wanted a place on the river. This was perfect. Plenty of kitchen space to cook, it was very clean, easy to find and was very comfortable. Smart TV a plus, good wifi. Overall we enjoyed out stay and will book again!"

"The apartment was centrally located in the the town of Rogue River making it an ideal location to explore The Redwoods during the day with the kids and a nice place to return to after a long day with the comforts of home. Will stay here again in the future!"

"This is really a lovely home very nicely decorated, located right next to the Rogue river. Your dog will absolutely love this place as it has a fenced in area that is great for exercise and wonderful for lounging around. We really like going out on the deck and enjoying the river. The hosts are so super easy to work with and very responsive. I wouldn’t think twice about renting this unit again. Great job!"

"I have to say this was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever experienced!! Even though I didn't get to stay during this trip!! I unfortunately had to stay at home in Fernley, NV with my twin boys while my fiance got our old dog back. Long story short, my fiance had to drive up towards Seattle, WA to get our old dog back that we had before we had our twin boys. We unfortunately had to give her up to one of my friends because my home in Vegas wasn't big enough for her and our boys at that time. So she wouldn't have gotten the attention and care she needed, eventually got given to someone else after that, and the person that had her last, moved up towards Washington late fall last year (2023), and our old dog was stuck in the pound for over 2 weeks before my fiance got her April (2024). While my fiance was staying here during his trip getting her, the hotel staff made sure his stay was comfortable, had a clean room, and Donna who I believe is the manager was very welcoming of our dog coming home and gave her, her own doggy gift bag for staying!! She did that on her own. She informed me that's something they're working on in the future. The restaurants around town were also very friendly and nice. I highly recommend staying here for your stay in the future!! The only thing I will say is be mindful of the Breakfast. It starts at 7am and It's just quick grab and go stuff like muffins, cereal, fruit, etc. They were nice enough to give him coffee at least at 5am!!"
