Had a great family time. Waterpark was awesome and convienient to have restaurant there so we didn't have to go out to eat. Also staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Always something fun for kids to do balloon art, face painting. My granddaughter loved the magi quest all over the hotel.

"Very nice place close to CW"
We stayed here while visiting relatives and visiting CW and VB. It is a very good deal at the price that we paid ($125). Very quiet grounds, short drive to restaurants and 10 or 15 minutes into CW. I would recommend

Our stay was short - our rooms were clean and bathrooms were also clean. Staff very nice - Good value for price - new carpet and looked like bathrooms had been updated. Only thing I would say if that noise in hallways travels thur to rooms. Overall satisfied.

"Convenient location"
The hotel staff upon check-in was friendly and efficient. I must have had a new employee on check-out, because she wanted to charge me the tax a second time (everything was pre-paid because I booked on Expedia and had no room charges.) The room was clean and very comfortable. I had a king suite. However, the door deadbolt did not latch and there was no secondary lock on the door. Since the room was next to an exit this was worrisome, but as you needed a key card to enter the external door it was not overly concerning. I just pushed a chair in front of the door so I would hear if anyone tried to enter. I did not notify the front desk, as it was late when I discovered it and I didn't want the hassle of changing rooms late at night. They advertise in the room to hang up your towels if you want to re-use them and not have them laundered, which I did, but they took them anyway. Same with the sheets. So while this did not affect my stay it was annoying that they say they are trying to be a green hotel but the housekeeping staff still replaces everything.
