“I arrived at this hotel at around 10:30PM on August 18 to check in to my reservation for my one night stay with my husband. The receptionist told me that there were no available rooms. She said the reservation I booked on Expedia should not have gone through. She also said that they were only allowing 3 night stays because they were busy for college move-in day. So I asked if they were still going to charge us and she replied no. We didn’t want to inconvenience her so we decided to stay at a……

“Hospitality service and really convenient to the airport (walk 7min drive 3min) and Walmart (walk 27min drive 5min)”

“⭐ 1/5 Stars – Don’t Let the Nice Lobby Fool You! The lobby may look nice, but the rooms tell a completely different story! This hotel is rundown, dirty, noisy, and poorly maintained. I asked the cleaning ladies for an extra towel and they told me to walk down to laundry and grab one. Our room smelled stale and damp. “环境安静很好，厕所排风系统不工作，不过我没有通知工作人员，因为我仅仅休息几个小时。”

“The only negative comment is the breakfast quality, the content is disappoint. The other service items are acceptable.”

“The staff, especially the bar staff. Everytime we left or entered it was like a family. They were great. Location was great”

It was also set up in a very confusing way. When we complained to management……

“Very good stay experience!”

“Parking was great. Room was missing towels, had too few hangers, too few drawers for clothing. Breakfast was fair - mostly the same stuff every day. Room was quiet.”

“We received the wrong room, after I had booked a specific room for my birthday. Then the room we got had dust bunnies all over the floor and the bathtub had faulty hardware that made the shower stay on with the tub water. The tub took about 10 min to get warm.”
