"Cheap and cheerful."
This place is excellent value. We stayed three nights and it was great to be so close to the centre of things. It is a bit of a chore to have to check out and back in again each day, but worth it. The capsules are comfortable enough and easily accommodate taller people. I'm 6' 2" and had no problem. The 'Onsen' is only available to male guests. It is brilliant - a great chance to get squeaky clean and relax after a day/evening of Tokyo's mad but very safe craziness. My daughter was fed up that she couldn't use it. Facilities for men and women are totally segregated, except for the 4th floor dining room. There are great laundry facilities, plus two PCs with net access and a printer. I completely recommend this hotel for location and price.

"Neat Japanese experince "
I stayed in this capsule hotel for one night, as I wanted to experience something unique. I was impressed by the hotel’s operations, very clean, safe and organized. Everything is provided to you so the guests pretty much don’t need anything with them. Small locker is provided to store a small bag and clothes and I think hotel can store large bags separately. The actual capsule was super neat. I am 6’2” and I did not have any problems fitting in. The small negative was that I felt like it was getting a bit warm inside of the capsule by the end of the night and I don’t think there is a way to change the temperature. Hotel is conveniently located next to Shinjuku metro and JR train station with lots of shopping and dining around. I like privacy, so I probably would not want to stay in the capsule hotels for more than a night, but I would recommend it to anybody who wants that experience.

"Clean, cheap, nice staff."
We stayed as a family to experience the capsule hotel. We enjoyed it and it was clean. The beds are Jaoanese hard and it wasn't quite as private as others we had seen, but adequate and clean.

"About 5 min from JR Kanda Station"
I went to Tokyo alone with one daypack, it's very convenient to me, just walk about 5 min from JR Kanda Station and I can go anywhere in Tokyo. Only one thing I don't like is shared bathroom, one elevator and I can't adjust the air-conditioner inside the capsule, but the capsule is totally clean and comfy.

"It's a business hotel"
You get what you pay for. Staff are nice and helpful. Location was great for my purposes (close to bus line and food shops). If you don't know Japanese I suggest spending more money on a regular hotel because most of the rules and regulations are written on a small paper in the elevator in Japanese.

The place was new and clean. Reception staff was excellent and helpful. I purchased a train ticket for the airport for the wrong date and asked the receptionist if I would need to buy another ticket the day of. Without my asking, the receptionist offered to walk me to the subway station then spoke with the train station staff and got me a refund for the ticket.

"Beautiful facilities"
Great facilities, in a quiet neighbourhood. Very close to metro - so easy enough to get to where you need to in Tokyo. It's quite new so a few teething issues, some staff weren't the most helpful I've come across - but others were very friendly and helpful - though improvements could be made in terms of service - E.g. Calling a cab not just pointing you to the road. Or when you ask for a restaurant recommendation - not just telling you (at 8pm) they all closed, but you should find some open if you try. Fortunately I just went wandering and found they weren't actually all closed. Also try to avoid staying on the third floor - the shared common room there can have noisy guests talking through till early hours which can be a bit disruptive. But, despite the teething issues, which should only improve as the staff get more experience it was a good place to stay and the facilities were great. The small annoyances are only part and parcel of travelling any way and can be easily put up with for a few days.
