“Our first room had a sink leak; the hotel changed our room, thankfully.. but our second room had a broken bath tub that was not draining, was detached from the wall and under flooded and was flooding the floors. There was dirt on handles, and lights, our floor was wet by the window, there was smoke holes in the curtain shower, and the paint in the bathroom was seeping and pulling away and just awful looking overall. The beds were suited nicely, however the sheets smelt like they hadn’t been……

“I would’ve given all stars on staff because my check-in experience was fantastic. The gentleman was outstanding even though it was bummed we couldn’t use the pool or the hot tub because they were treating it. That was something that was understandable. However, the late night staff member “SID” was very rude and seemed overwhelmed with his responsibilities. There is some paint chipped off in the bathroom at the bottom by the floor that should probably be attended to, but overall, I was extremely……
