"Room was very clean. Suspect it was recently remodeled. Very quiet. We suspect there were not many occupants on the night we were there. We were told the internet wasn't working and we were offered another room in a nearby sister property. We declined because were not interested in the internet. What we didn't know was that all of the TV stations were sourced by internet, so no TV. The room we occupied (#20), there is a gap of about an inch between the bottom of the door and the door sill. Evening temp was in the 50's, so a chilly night. Had knock on the door at 8:30 am from housekeeping. Shocked that they should attempt access to the room so early. Instructions were to use the access code to lock the door when we left the room, which we did. When we arrived at our car to leave and notified them of our departure, we were told to enter a different access code to signal our departure. Clearly, we were not able to do that as we were already out. Weird."

"Beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. Couldn’t use the pool, definitely not the right season for it. Too cold. I’ve lived in Tahoe before and seen this but didn’t know how nice of a place 3Peaks was, and great room price!"

"no way should this room be allowed to be marketed for four adults! There is a futon which is supposed to be the second sleeping area, it was extremely small and so uncomfortable. My mother and I shared that and we’re under 53 and we still are experiencing a backache.. with that said the grounds were beautiful. The staff was nice, but the room was old and not as clean as it should have been."

"Outdated rooms need some updating but overall comfortable beds. If you are a smoker make sure you leave the property to smoke or you will get yelled at for smoking outside of the room on property. "
