“I was very disappointed with my stay. The elevator was out of service during my entire visit, which made carrying luggage up and down the stairs extremely inconvenient, and the stairs were difficult to walk on. I stayed for three nights and the bedding was never changed — it was only slightly straightened, and sometimes even the trash was not taken out. The front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. Overall, the experience was far below my expectations, and I would not stay here again.”

“The room was spotless. All the staff members were very friendly. There is a restaurant on site with good food and reasonable prices. They have a big parking lot with free parking. The location is great, very close to major parkways.”
