"Great stay with our kids and grandkids! Enjoyed the firepit, pool, and patio areas of the hotel. It is close to all the activities in Monterey without being in the midst of the hustle and bustle. It was also easy to catch the freeway to get to Carmel village and beach. "

"We liked that the hotel is literally on the beach. Take some stairs down and you’re there. We liked the corn hole and fire pits with chairs right outside the rooms. We didn’t like how the pool was under renovation but we weren’t told before booking. The website said it til June 1, but they were still renovating so we heard loud drill noises while in our room. "

My only negative was the shower head was horrible along with the pressure but it could be beach towns sometimes have heavy regulations on how much water they can use. "
