“Would definitely stay there again ”

“The apartment was very clean and comfortable, it was a great base for a long weekend in the city. Access to transit was very easy, and a nice 20-25 walk to Wrigley Field. We loved Everybody’s Coffee around the corner, great coffee and breakfast!”

“We enjoyed a very nice 6 day stay at this property. It was exceptionally clean and had all of the amenities that you could want. As is well advertised in other reviews the Brown line runs directly next to this property. There was a noticeable difference in the amount of train traffic between the weekdays and the weekends. On the weekends, the train was very unobtrusive and did not really affect our stay at all. However, during the week, especially during rush hour, the trains are very frequent……

“Stayed 3 nights visiting my son. Good location, large apt., nicely decorated. I wish the tub/shower had a grab bar. The jacuzzi tub has a high profile and is difficult for older adults to step in and out. It was quiet inside--even the nearby train was hard to hear. I did trip several times on the drain cover right outside the entry door. Be careful!”

The land is amazing, the home is beautiful and SPOTLESS, and they are the most welcoming, thoughtful, and kind people around. You absolutely will not find a better place or a better price. Their attention to detail is immaculate and we will never stop talking about this trip! ”

“Great location. The cubs were playing to the road was closed when we arrived. That was the only challenge not being from Chicago. We would stay again! ”

“ Someone did a nice job with the updates inside. Walked to grocery. Parking a little scarce on the street in front but we managed to find a free spot not too far. Enjoyed the space for our daughter’s graduation - weather was nice to sit on spacious back porch with nice table. ”

“This property was conveniently located to restaurants and public transportation. We did not find the photos and description thorough enough for our group, given steep stairs, partially with no railings. In addition, the furniture was uncomfortable, appliances not all in working order, and bedrooms very sparse, with no mirrors or bureaus.”

“Amazing location right across the street from the 1st Base foul pole. We watched the visiting team load up their bus from our front stoop. Clean and comfortable and well laid out. Only downside is NOISE - after the game, for hours, as the dumpsters are loaded from the Stadium. and AGAIN - early in the morning - as the dumpsters in the laneway right beside the bedroom windows get tipped over. Bring really good ear plugs...”
