“The first room I was assigned had a very unpleasant smell, similar to mold or a wet dog. I was moved to a second room, which was slightly better, but the shower had rust around the drain area. The bed was very uncomfortable, at times the room would be very hot. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the staff either. “Our room was absolutely disgusting. There were spiders and roaches in our room. The floor was nasty and nail clippings were left on it. The towels weren't even clean; one had a hairball in it and hadn't been washed at all. There was no effort to clean the room at all. When we requested a new room, no one got back to us. Then we went to check with the front desk about it, but no one was there. Out of the times we went to the front office two times out of three no one was there. What kind of……
