“The location was great- close to the waterfront and free transportation. The only available staff was very nice but didn’t speak English so we couldn’t really get local information from her. The decor was cool, fun and kitchy in a good way. The rooms are too small for a chair or tabletop so wouldn’t work well for a business trip but functional for sleeping and showering. The outside deck and pool were very nice. We would stay there again.”

“We really appreciated the staff getting us into a slightly larger room. Thank you!!! They could have done better with some of the maintenance detail: empty the trash in the room when you service it, leave toilet paper, maybe a few extra towels. The valet service took longer than expected. Overall it was a good hotel, but seemed like it was set up for business travelers more than families.”

“I guess when the sleek modern new rooms, it means ZERO storage. No closets, no counters, no desk for laptops. The smallest mini fridge I've ever seen. We had to hang our clothes on pegs on the wall. I had to use my laptop on the bed. The bathroom as well, no room to put your stuff. Now that I'm done ranting, the staff was incredible and the location was flawless. Walking distance to Tropicana Field and so many restaurants and shops. Be careful in the shower, I slipped and hit my head so……

“Clean rooms, really great staff. We were on the ninth floor and the plumbing seemed definitely off. Very slow drains and toilet never wanted to flush. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. ”
