“Very cute boutique hotel that is close to everything in downtown St. Petersburg. We stayed 3 nights and they never freshened or cleaned our room. An offer of clean towels would have at least been appreciated. Also, no regular cream for coffee and you only get one bottle of water per stay. Seems a little cheap to me”

“There was an ongoing issue with a screaming baby next door late at night but front desk was responsive and checked on guests and that seem to help.”

“Our room was not cleaned daily. The second elevator was out of service. Given that it was a Holiday weekend and the hotel was full, more effort should have been made to have the elevator in service.”

“My experience here was great. Everything was easily within walking distance. The room was clean and staff were friendly and professional. The only negative is valet parking. It’s too costly but other self-parking options were available at a fraction of the cost. I’d advise future visitors to skip the valet and self-park.”

“Due to an overbooking issue on our first night, we were redirected to a nearby boutique hotel. I wasn't pleased initially, but I quickly found that the boutique hotel was significantly cleaner than the Moxy...in hindsight, we would have preferred to just stay there for our entire trip. When we did move to the Moxy, we loved the vibrant, fun atmosphere, the ideal location, and the amazing restaurant and bar, where we had absolutely no complaints. Unfortunately, our room itself was incredibly……

“The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge.”

“No front desk, I was helped by a guest that was waiting there, he looked into the PC , asked for my name and grabbed an envelope with the keys, is this you? It was my room keys, no deposit, no card on file and a total stranger accessing everybody’s personal info. Walk several blocks to park in a building. Party hub spot at night, if you have kids beware. Beautiful area during the day.”

“This Hilton offers what you’d expect-comfortable beds, attractive pool, and professional staff. I would have appreciated knowing up front that the hotel charges $45 a day for Valet parking. You cannot park on the property unless you agree to the valet service. Hilton assured me that the valet company is not associated with them. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the valet company. In addition, I had numerous issues with my room (air conditioning, plumbing). A Hilton representative……
