“The hosts were outstanding with their communication and responsiveness. The apartment was well decorated, well appointed and everything worked properly. It was exceptionally clean. Street parking was always available. Location was convenient to highway for visiting our relatives in Troy, East Greenbush & Albany. Great coffee and pastry at Jacob Alejandro coffee shop!”

Unfortunately, our experience was very different!We arrived late at night after a 13 hour drive and, due to health and safety concerns, could not stay and needed to book a hotel instead. The night before our arrival, the host initially stated that police had been called on us, even though we had not yet checked in. The host later realized this was a mistake and apologized. Only after check in……
