“Breakfast was not terrible but pretty basic and the coffee was so thick and gross. The rooms need major updating!!! It was nice dressers with drawers were provided but the drawers would not stay closed!!!! Some serious cleaning attention needed in the rooms...the vent covers are so nasty and dirty!!!! I went and bought my own cleaning supplies for the bathroom and bathtub!!! We stayed 7 days...6 nights I went to the front desk to ask for room refreshments like towels, toilet paper and dish……

“The room and bathroom everything was neat and clean. The hallways were clean. Breakfast was good. The pool however, was not ideal. It needed some updating, and there were wasps nests in the cement holes by the whirlpool.”

“The property and rooms are quite dated, but it's decent, very clean and charming. Our stay was super comfortable, the beds were amazing. The breakfast was pleasantly surprising, and their coffee was really good. Staff was pretty 'meh' and the property had lots of gravel in the street and sidewalks, sidewalks being lifted up from old tree roots (total trip hazard so be careful at night), lots of dog poop all over the grassy areas and generally sort of neglected feeling, but we didn't stay there……

“Because the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are new and the hygiene is good, but it is not equipped with drinking water and coffee machines, and there are no microwave ovens and other basic facilities. The breakfast is also very simple, with little food and poor taste, which is lacking as a three-star hotel.”

“Surrounding area may look scary, but building requires key to get in at certain times. Also,it’s near a lot of great restaurants that I discovered through Uber Eats. They also have a nice vending machine with different food items. Wish the selection had more items. Not sure how often housekeeping cleans rooms but we had stuff left over from prior guests (stuff was left in the fridge in both rooms which wasn’t a big deal). We didn’t need consistent housekeeping, but hotel desk said we could ask……

“Bed cusion and dirty. And they just use a bed cover try to cover it, in order to looks clean. And actually not. ”

“Parking was very dark and not lighted. Tv didnt work telephone in room didnt work. We checked in before we went to a concert got back at 11. No one at front desk Tv didnt work telephone didnt work to call staff. Someone above us kept us all night till 330 I really do believe they were remodeling it. Air Conditioning didnt keep up with the room. Staff wasnt at front desk when we checked in had to wait 10 minutes for someone very rude lady we asked her questions about how to get to the arena……
