“I requested a room accessible for my 90 year old mother with a walker. We got that. I asked the front desk woman if there was another entrance to the pool because the one at the entrance had many stairs. She said no. Another traveler in the lobby told me there is one around the back. The staff member said they never took her around the property and trained her when the woman said that. They play music all day and night until 10:30pm outside my room by a speaker. I requested it be turned off and……

“The coffee maker prob has never been clean upon looking inside not quite sure what it was bugs, mold idk but pretty gross Also was told there wasn't another to replace upon politely talking to staff member The amount of hairs in shower that obv wasn't clean was another and the fact that the door didn't lock was concerning .I didn't bother to ask because I got shot down on a simple coffee maker . Wasn't worth the stay ! Looks a lot different online .”

“Stayed for 1 night. Room was decent and served the purpose. Had to pay an extra $20 USD for a child 16 years old- up and above Expedia price because they considered him to be an adult. We were late checking in so didn’t get to use the pool as it was closed at 9pm and didn’t open until 10am the next day. Great location so would probably stay again although would look for other accommodations if possible. Read less”

“The room was pretty clean, but the walls are paper thin, so we could hear everything outside, as well as people stomping back & forth most of the night. The mattresses in Room 116 have no cushioning, and it was like sleeping on a wood slab on both beds. When we finally did fall asleep, the alarm clock woke us up.
