"So many bonuses here. Excellent staff. Fixed a squeaky door for us. We made it back for 5:00 wine everyday and enjoyed the banter with the front desk. Conveniently located to Broadway shows. Continental breakfast was an unexpected surprise. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel."

"The property is lovely, and well designed. Rooms are spacious with high ceilings and marble bathroom counters. My room was extremely comfortable. I have had neck fusion surgery, and needed firmer pillows. 2 perfect pillows arrived within 10 minutes. Breakfasts are not what im used to... which isnt a bad thing. I generally have a protein shake in the morning. At the Opera House they offer a wide selection of pastries, excellent coffee, several juice selections and eggs. All very tasty. I can only...

"Everything was great with the exception that they turned off the water for one night and they only provided water bottles for the first night. They asked us to go down to the lobby to refill and reused the plastic bottles."
