"I had to change rooms twice. First no air, 2nd no lake front/Boardwalk view like 1st. 3rd was good. No issues. Received complimentary breakfast due inconveniences. Nearby restaurants and shops were a plus! Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again! "

"We had a wonderful one night stay. We had a problem with check-in. Not the hotels fault, but unfortunately hotels.com. We had reserved 2 rooms but our reservation on their end was only showing one room. They quickly worked things out for us and even gave us the second room for the same price as we had originally reserved. The staff was amazing! Also, the hotel was very clean, quiet, and convenient to the places we were going. The indoor/ outdoor pool was a hit with our son. But, I think the overall perk was the evening dinner and breakfast. Food choices were excellent and delicious as well. We will definitely be staying here again when in the area. "
