"My worst experience at a Hilton Garden Inn: 1. the mattress was completely worn, uneven and lumpy. 2. The polyester sheets were threadbare. 3. The pillows (4) were all lumpy and old. 5. The room faced the freeway on one side and the elevator and ice machine were on the other side, creating a humm all night. 5. The lotion vessel was empty (room service did come up with another bottle). That being said, the facility is clean. The made to order breakfast was very nice."

"Staff was friendly and nice. Issues was with the room- smelled terrible, beds were squeaky, rest room door didn’t lock, shower drain appeared to be clogged when we showered water would stay backed up and the gel wash was empty when we arrived for check in."

"Had the room been properly cleaned and the bedding changed, many of these concerns could have been avoided. I also believe guests should be notified in advance when major amenities, such as the Jacuzzi, are not working, as some guests choose the hotel specifically because of those features. In addition, ongoing construction resulted in phone calls and parking changes that disrupted what should have been a relaxing stay. During breakfast, guests were left waiting approximately 15–20 minutes for pancake mix to be replenished, creating unnecessary delays for travelers who were on a schedule. I have stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience, which is why these issues were especially disappointing."
