"Very clean room. Staff is great, very willing to help. Vegans avoid all inclusive plan. Not many options for food at buffet. Drinks are a tad watered down. Snorkeling out front was great, we saw rays and variety of fish. Pool was warm and nice. Family friendly, have games and such in pool area everyday can be loud. "

"We love this property. Close to everything downtown and very easy to get a taxi anywhere you want to go. Breakfast in the morning is amazing! Rooms are very spacious. Love the pool overlooking the water. Our only complaint is don’t get a room overlooking breakfast area if you don’t like noise. Walls are thin and the blanking of the dishes is a bit much. But the hotel was so nice to change rooms for us. All in all a wonderful place to stay. "

"Our staff including Geraldo was our concierge was very helpful and checked on us everyday scheduled all our dinners and did numerous other items to make our stay more comfortable. Diego scheduled our cabana daily and he and Alejandro brought us drinks from the pool bar. We also had dinner staff Francisco , Archangel , Jose served us dinner at Fish House or Mexican dinners"

"The staff are very unfriendly, the food is terrible, and they don’t accommodate Marriott Titanium members with all the benefits other Westin hotels provide. "

"The resort was clean and the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The snorkelling was wonderful right off the beachfront. The pool area was large, lovely, and well maintained with an insufficient number of chairs and loungers. Unfortunately, our room shared an interior door with the adjacent room, and several nights were disturbed by loud music and an inconsolable screaming child, issues the staff did attempt to address. The food was tasty and could have offered more variety over our two week stay."
