"The check in process needs to be updated, I have waited close to 1 hr to check in. Over the last year some things have been cut out such as the hamburgers and hot dogs by the pool. Also the coffee and snacks at the lobby bar are gone. I was told my last trip that there was new management and things were being cut back."
