“Pool was okay, it was a bit dirty. The kids wished there was something more to do in it. The breakfast wasnt good, bread was stale onlything ok to really have was yogurt and waffles. Also stunk like weed.. seems like someome tried covering up the smells with frebreeze. ”

“I had to ask for my floors and hot tub to be cleaned. The tub was wiped but still had someone else’s pubic hair in it. There were ants climbing up my mattress and I ended up with bed bugs. ”

“Excellent property, beautiful place, spa is amazing. Hotel bar was great. My only complaints are the showerheads spray all over the place and it’s such a sharp stream that it really doesn’t make it easy to wash. And the toilet paper, just cause it says two ply Angel Soft sorry that version of toilet paper is not soft. View of the harbor was nice ”

“Had an issue with a smell coming from another room. Nothing the hotel had control over as it was coming through the bathroom vent. Housekeeping was great and brought a strong air freshener in to mask the smell. We reached out to the manager after the stay and he was wonderful and quick to respond to our issue. ”
