“The hot tub was not working. and I was charged 50 more dollars than expedia agreed to. They said I would have had to call the hotel to get the expedia price. Otherwise all was good.”

“When I arrived I was early and asked if I could use lobby restroom and I’d check in if after 3 pm. The bathroom in lobby was not working, the employee looked up my reservation and told me my room was ready. I asked could I use restroom in my room, and she said she’d have to charge me $25 for early check-in, I was being charged for their restroom being out of order. I paid the $25, and checked in early. When I went in the restroom there were 2 dead bugs on the bathroom floor, a little……

“Pool is not, nor has it been, open. Should state this in the listing. Property has a lot of old junk outside. Won't stay here again”

“Everything was really good, except the breakfast. The rooms were clean and newly renovated. Air was cool and quiet. The breakfast was substandard in my opinion. There was not a very good selection, and what was there was not being replenished without inquiry to the staff!”

“Really nice, quiet hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful; we really liked them as people and for their customer service skills. The breakfast was very nice, parking was easy and plentiful. The location was perfect for us; its not in the downtown part of Granbury, but a 3 minute drive if you get stopped at the red light.”

“It's very clear that the facility is cheaply maintained. There is do-it-yourself repair work throughout. The "fitness center" consisted of 2 broken stationary bikes, some weights, and a treadmill that looked like it had been bought at a garage sale, and, to top it off, the inspection sticker in the elevator was dated 2011. The room smelled of cheap cleaner mixed with dirty laundry. The towels were clean, and the shower had hot water, so that's worth something.”

“The room close to the swimming pool. It's quite noisy at night. There's no any restaurants nearby, but the breakfast was good. Check in and check out was quick.”
