"Staff was amazing. The comfortability of the beds was fabulous. However, the air conditioner did not work, but we did not find this until we got in extremely late and even though there was another room, they could move us to. We had a lot of luggage and bags and it would’ve been a hassle to move. I did ask if we could just sleep in the other room since it was across the hall, but they told us that that was not allowed"

"Good stay for the price. Breakfast had a lot of options. Nice folks at the desk. Area is a little sketchy. Seems to be a lot of homeless people hanging around the area, which is sad. The biggest issue is the fan/air unit in room 309. It’s ridiculously loud and the fan blows extremely hard. If you don’t want to hear the super loud noise and turn the thermostat up, then you’re sweating to death in your room. A lot of highway noise at night. "
