“This hotel exceeded my expectations! Being in such a high traffic location, I thought it might show wear and tear but it did not. It was beautiful, clean, and the rooms were so quiet and peaceful. The bed was also incredibly comfortable and I slept better than I normally do in hotels. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Carpet in the room was worn and frayed. Walls had water damage, tv cabinet had water damage. Beds were old. This is not what I expect from a $250 per night hotel.”

“Clean facility, clean guest rooms, and friendly staff. I had 2 adults in 2 different rooms. One room experienced a minor issue of a low battery chirp from the smoke detector in the middle of the night. Maintenance was not on site to immediately address the issue, but the front desk staff immediately moved the occupant to another room to accommodate. Only other issue, water pressure for shower was low on the 6th floor. ”

“I don’t like the fact that I booked for on price and once I arrived the fees where different and more than what I was originally quoted including tax. Not a happy camper I won’t be using this site or staying there again in the future. ”

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, renovated, and modern. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed being able to use amenities at the neighboring attached property as well. The location was excellent and was walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and museums. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. ”
