“Rooms were clean parking a little tight to get in and out”

“I felt like I was family the staff were always happy and helpful”

“Nice property for a quick stay. We had a large room with a living room and kitchen. The kitchen table was obviously in the wrong location when we came into the room. Oddly, whole place services were laid out for 4 people. We asked for wine glasses because the only glasses in the room held about 20 oz. But there were no wine glasses or juice glasses to be found. Nonetheless, a nice property if you are in the area.”

“Where do I even start? I don’t know how this place has any good reviews. It was filthy. The shower was yellow with filth and smelled like rot. It gave me athlete’s foot. The towels and sheets smelled moldy like the washing machine they were laundered in had never been cleaned. Shower curtain was also yellow with filth & smelled awful when wet. There was a fruit fly infestation from a garbage can in the common room that hadn’t been emptied in who knows how long. Hand towels/wash cloths weren’t……

“Beautiful of sunrises from my bed. Was very clean. Host was friendly and helpful. Great place.”

“The kitchen was beautiful and the kids loved the large bunks!”

“Because I had never visited Los Alamos when the booking said the place was located in Downtown I had envisioned a more traditional urban city center and not such a small village. But that's on me. As for the Canyon Inn itself it was centrally located, clean and relatively quiet. I also wasn't quite expecting the room to be a extra room in someone's residence but it was spacious and more comfortable than I thought it would be. The owners were friendly but not intrusive. Probably worth……

“The property was very clean and the location was close to everywhere I wanted to go. The neighbors were very friendly as well.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Casa Bear. Very relaxing, I enjoyed going outside and sitting in the morning, drinking my tea and watching the eagles soar above the canyon. Very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were very clean, well organized and they provided all the basics one needs to prepare basic meals. It is definitely a place we will return to when we go back to visit Los Alamos family. Very peaceful.”

“This property was lovely. The check in process was seamless, everything was clean, convenient and thoughtful. The host went the extra mile by providing information about surrounding area events, restaurants and local current events!”

“I have rented a lot of places and Sharon’s place rates #1. The property was just as described. There is a nice walking path across the street that goes into a canyon. We had all the room we needed and a nice fenced in backyard for my dogs. We never ran out of dish soap, paper towels, trash bags or anything else we needed. Kitchen was stocked with new pots and pans which made cooking so much easier and clean up a breeze. I hope I’m able to rent this same property when I return to Los……

“I only put a 4 out of 5 for the accuracy of the listing because it is leaps and bounds better than what is depicted. But in the listings defense, it really is impossible to describe. This property is exceptional! The views are phenomenal, the wildlife was mesmerizing, the home is spacious beyond what was described and the host was extremely accommodating, Booked this location for a work trip but will bring the family back to this house for a vacation! The views and aura of this property are an……

“Great place for a weekend getaway”

“Great house, beautiful views, awesome town to explore. Lots to do and see in the area for nature lovers, looking forward to visiting again!”

“The property and Mickey were great. She gave us and our extended family a lovely tour of the alpacas. I would definitely stay there again.”

“This cabin is very clean and comfortable, with beautiful views. Secluded and on the side of a hill looking out at an eastern mountain range covered in trees. Very quiet surroundings that let you de-tox on the upper and lower decks, while sipping a cup of coffee. Very close to Fenton lake (10 miles), allowing for some great fishing and hiking. Excellent cabin that will have you not wanting to leave.”
