“We had a really unique experience in that we booked a room that apparently was sold out. The room we booked was an ocean view with 2 queens and updated amentities. We were placed in a room with 2 double-beds that had challenges with the electricity, the room smelled moldy, the bathroom floor was cracked and the shades didn't work. We were told because we didn't inform them that we were in the correct room on day 1 there was nothing that could be done, which while we do understand that……

“大堂很复古，不过老酒店就是这样的。虽然服务人员们没有穿工作制服，但是服务态度都很好，酒店是木质结构，所以隔音效果不理想，木质楼梯走起来有咯吱声，住在楼梯旁边的卧室会受影响。暖气很给力，特别是在滑雪的季节。酒店后院有滑冰和滑雪的场地，还有设备租赁服务，比较周全。早餐很丰富美味。他们餐厅也有提供晚餐的餐厅（不免费），但是我们没有吃。总之这是一个很不错的度假村，有安静祥和的度假氛围。”

“Good marks in general. The deck privacy barriers were rotted and some need replacing. About half of the AC outlets were functional”
