“Elevators were broken both days I stayed at the hotel. The front desk staff was inattentive when I checked in: the staffer was in her phone, chattering away and asked me to wait while she finished her conversation in Spanish. I am fluent in Spanish and she was gossiping with a friend while I waited in front of her. Then she seemed irritable to check me in.”

We arrived early & appreciated being granted an early check-in. Our room was very clean & comfortable. The hotel's location is ideal. We enjoyed our time at the Secreto Bar, where Storm took excellent care of my husband & me. We would stay at the hotel again & highly recommend.”
