“We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was big, but the microwave in the room did not work. The breakfast was good.”

“We have stayed at this location several times and although it is a lovely hotel, there is always something that needs a bit of work or we have an issue with. This particular stay we upgraded on our second night to a riverview room with a fire pit, paying an additional $115. It was a colder evening and we enjoyed the fire pit very much but needed the heater in the bedroom when we went to bed. It was well after midnight once we went to bed and unfortunately the heater made a terrible sound and it……

“The beds were super comfortable, rooms were clean, the balconies and views, AMAZING! We also enjoyed the free game room My only complaint is that the room amenities are bare bones. We had one roll of tp, no hand soap or lotion and only one coffee pod. I don’t know if the room was overlooked for stocking but having to wake up and run down to the lobby in my pjs for tp wasn’t great. Overall though it was a great value though for Labor Day weekend! We were happy.”

“If you get a room that says Beachfront make sure it is on the 3rd floor at least. I was upset because my room was on 1st floor and there was NO BEACHFRONT at all that I could see!!”

“Definitely a bit more run down then the photos make it seem. Just walking down the hallway to our room, the carpets looked stained and unappealing. The guy at the front counter was very nice and helpful! The pool/hot tub area needs some updating. And we didn't realize until the bubbles stopped how gross the hot tub was. The room was quiet though, no road noise or AC noise.”
