“It was hard to believe our room was cleaned at all since our 3 year old granddaughter found a pair of dirty women's undies under the desk that were not ours. I took them to the front desk but the teenager working did not seem to care at all!”

“Our room was underwhelming. Very outdated furniture, including the bed. There is no ac, so in order to cool the room we needed to open the slider, which was missing the screen. The restaurant was decent, however be prepared to utilize a lot of patience as it is very chaotic and slow. The 3 kids working there are running their butts off trying to seat patrons, run and make coffee at the coffee bar, take orders, deliver food, provide take-out orders via the coffee bar, and clear tables. The food……

“The first morning we went for breakfast at 8:30 since it closed at 9:30. So thinking that 1 hour there would still be plenty of food left but there wasn’t. They had run out of bacon , cinnamon buns and both bolls that were supposed to have fruit in them were empty There was also nobody to ask if they would be bringing more food out.
