“The cottage was great - very clean, nice location and had everything we needed. Appears to be pretty new. A few small things kept me from giving it 5 stars. 1) there are no blinds or shades on any of the windows. This is a big deal for the bedrooms when the sun is shining in at 6 am and I don't want to get up that early when I'm on vacation. 2) there needs to be cable or at least a smart TV. “Cozy, Charming Cabin in a Tranquil Setting My husband and I and our two pupsters enjoyed a wonderful three-day getaway here (only wish it were longer). The cozy, lovingly decorated cabin is located on a secluded, tranquil property with lots of land for long walks. Kathy and Ted Grey are wonderful hosts (this was our second stay at one of their cabins). The Greys are friendly and responsive with helpful suggestions for places to visit. We overcame this, as the house at the lake was spectacular with a refrigerator, bathroom ice maker and barbecue. We were able to spend long periods of time at the lake without climbing back to the main house. “Great house for large families. We had 13 people in the house and the kitchen and family room easily held us all. The front porch is a gem looking out to the lake. The owner was easy to get a hold of and helpful.”
