“Staying the historic former GE Crottonville training center. The place is amazing. It wasn’t intended to be a hotel per se. It is way, way more than that. I think it is still looking for its footing as a hotel/corporate conference training center for public, so being able to stay here feels like I have a 6 Sigma training with Neutron Jack at 8:AM. The place is something to see for yourself hurry!!”

“If rustic charm is on your bucket list, the Kittle House is brimming it….older floorboards, wooden beams, and a copper ceiling in the taproom. There are modern amenities alongside older fixtures….that plumbing (3/4”?) provides a powerful shower! We stayed during the holidays, and the inn was decorated beautifully. Continental breakfast included. This hotel services an area in Westchester that has few options for lodgings. Fortunately, this inn is a wonderful option.”

“We booked the property because our family is growing too large for all of the children and grandchildren to spend the holidays together. The “holiday house” as our 4 year old coined it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Hanukkah. Large yet cozy and very well appointed. All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. I would happily book here again. ”

“The property was exactly as described in VRBO; nothing fancy but just fine. The add-on for "insurance" made the unit unnecessarily expensive (in my case anyway). You also might consider adding pasteurized 1/2 & 1/2 that doesn't require refrigeration & dark roast for coffee drinkers to the Keurig cabinet. Many thanks for your thoughtfulness and help. "As an experienced traveler, I have to rate this La Quinta a ONE out of Five. The facility is too old to use. To open the door, you need to insert the card key dozens of times. The hall way is not flat, slightly uphill or downhill. The drain of the tub is only half-working. When you take shower your feet are in the water. Basin is cracked and glued. AC sound wakes you up every time when it starts. Breakfast is ok, but lack of food after 8:50, it says that the time of breakfast is 6:30 to 9:30. Parking is free and safe, which is only thing make my thumb up. Overall, with $140 per night price, I must say, I was very disappointed by this hotel!!! By the way, the other La Quinta hotels I have lived in are very good."
