"great stay great owner great location"

"Our family had an amazing stay at Coyote Hollow Park! This is truly one of the most family-friendly places we’ve visited. Everything was exceptionally clean, organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The campsite was spotless, the bathrooms were immaculate, and the property was stocked with everything you could possibly need—from cooking essentials to games and activities that kept the kids entertained for hours. The hot tubs were a huge hit with our family and made the stay even more enjoyable.A...

"Had a blast!!! Property is beautiful and has everything you need!"

"This cottage was the ideal place to stay for our visit. My family was in town for Cooperstown baseball. It was a great location, close to the fields, not far from town, but also secluded. All of the accommodations were very helpful since we traveled with a baby, a cozy home like feel. The host were very helpful and always just a text away."

"Clean, roomy, scenic view."

"If you’ve got business in Cooperstown, considering the price and location—this place can’t be beat. Friendly hosts and serene property. Needs an outdoor area for guests that isn’t right in front of the owners house (20 feet away)."

"Great place to say for our trip to Dreams Park. "

"Quiet setting with great pool!"

"The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

"Ample living space for 2 families and tons of stuff for the non-baseball playing siblings along for the ride!Nice and clean and Very well stocked to accommodate."

"Gorgeous property, clean and spacious."

"We loved our stay at Peterson Place. It comfortably slept 4 families. The rocking chairs on the porch were a relaxing spot to enjoy after a long day. The kids loved playing on the grassy hill."

"Family friendly but not Great for tall people."

"We had the best time staying here. The house was perfect for our family and we really enjoyed the beauty of the grounds. We will likely be back next year if my son plays at Cooperstown again."

"Amazing location and property!"

"Very nice well kept property. Stayed here for Unidilla Motocross, but visited other area attractions. Private setting, great deck, we enjoyed our stay here."
