“What a mess. Under construction at most of hotel. Desperate needs complete gutting and renovation. Our balcony was locked off because it was falling apart. Wanted sunset view side, but view ruined by construction and messy grounds. Room very old and yucky. Stay away.”

“Great resort to stay with family. Kids have lots of activities to enjoy. We loved pool area and game room. Evenings roasting marshmallows outside is a bonus, we loved it.”

“This was a lovely spot with some fantastic renos. Reception staff was ok but he didnt tell us anything so we had to return to the desk a few times to find about breakfast time, etc. The beautiful view had to go through smokey old windows so hopefully theyre working on that. No blackout drapes so we were waking before 5am!! Breakfast was very minimal and the staff monitoring it wasnt helpful. Gorgeous spot though with a comfortable bed and seating area in the room. No cable tv so we missed the……

“The place was a zoo. Kids fighting and screaming in the pool to a point of being unsafe. Staff said there was nothing they could do. Room smelled like cigarettes.”

“I don’t think it was an exceptional stay like a lot of the other reviews stated. The heater is so loud when it comes on and it comes on a lot to maintain the 69-70 degrees we wanted. There were cob webs in the ceiling light and off the bathroom door. In front of our entrance door there was a big hairball and it could have used some sweeping. Would we stay there again probably not.”

“The room was ok. There was too much furniture in the room for its size. The pillows are like 12in thick and the mattresses dont have protective covers on them just the bottom sheet. The sheets had some staims on them. ”
