“Rude staff: During check-in the lobby was empty with two hotel staff behind the desk but neither would acknowledge us until I greeted them. The girl checking us in seemed bothered throughout the entire process, would hardly make eye contact. The hotel lobby seamed worn and barely clean. The elevator was disgusting. I only glanced at the room briefly, but it had the same grungy look. The Boardwalk was closed because of a pending storm, and not looking forward to a stay at this hotel we decided……

“Staff was incredibly helpful. Location was perfect. Pool was wonderful. Coffee and light bite was very much appreciated.”

“We saw two roaches while staying here. we liked the ocean view and easy access to the beach, also there wasn't a way to charge your phone without a wall jack which ended in a trip to walmart. not worth the money to stay at this hotel, too many hotels in the area to settle.”

“The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.”
