“The rooms are decent but the whole place is poorly maintained. The pool is the worst part of the hotel, bad smell and cloudy water.”

“The entire staff at this hotel was amazing! I've never stayed at a hotel where all the workers were so friendly. The housekeepers were exceptional, anytime we needed anything they were very prompt and friendly. As someone who works with the public you have an awesome team here!! I would say the balcony area could use some updates as the air conditioning units do leak quite a bit, however I would stay there again simply because of the staff and location. Great job!”

“I would say the grounds are beautiful the pools, the landscaping, the views priceless but I will say that when we checked into our room, the bathroom smelled like somebody had just smoked marijuana in there and it didn’t look like it was really cleaned well the floors and everything. Our bed was hard as a rock and not firm. It was like there were no springs left. We love the view and we will be coming back next year just next-door to the newer Hilton, but it’s just a beautiful vacation spot. I……

“We tried to check in early, rooms weren’t ready yet. No big deal. Until we came back at 6pm (check in is at 4) and had to WAIT for our room because it STILL was not cleaned and ready. We were not alone, nearly 15 people crowded the lobby in the same situation. The next day, the same thing happened to the new check ins. Also, the second day we were there I asked for clean towels. No housekeeper ever came to our room. I asked at 5:30pm, checked in at 6:30pm, and FINALLY we just left and came back……

“I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. ”

“Condo was clean and well kept. Woodstone Pool was close and convenient. A/C kept us cool on a very hot day and king size bed was clean and comfortable. Some noise probably from the laundry room next door. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and will return.”

“I liked the hotel. It’s a great place to be, especially if you have kids. they got a movie theater and a kid room lots of pools, a hot tub, a free laundry facility. It’s a little dated but the location the service the amenities were just amazing. i will return. It is on the far side of the beach, meaning bring a good pair of walking shoes to get the the middle of the action. but i liked that it was further because the beach was less crowded. i also liked the balcony, and that it was closed off……
