“Non smoking room smelled like weed and cigarettes. Could barely breathe. Shower curtain was filthy. Condom wrappers behind furniture. Did not feel safe. Could not wait to leave.”

“We stayed 4 nights. No one came to clean. We had to ask for clean bath towels and mat! It was a very noisy environment! I’m not too picky with coffee but it was horrible! Coal black and tasted old. Seemed like they just kept adding instead of starting fresh. If I’m in the area again I definitely will look to stay somewhere else!”

“On Site parking was available and free.”

“Our stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and the breakfast included was an added bonus.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with the Reserve Inn. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. There was definitely no frills and a bit of an odor in the lobby and hallway, but the room itself smelled fine and had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. It was close to the University so if we had to come for another sporting event, I would definitely stay there again. The price was the best part - very affordable.”

“It was terrible, dirty, hair everywhere, dirty flowers”

“Super friendly staff and comfortable room. Very clean and smelled fresh.”

“The door lock on our door was broke. We got a new room and that one was very musky smelling.”

“Stephanie and Brently were warm, welcoming hosts. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is beautiful - right on the scenic Wicomico river. Lots of birds and flowers. We just can’t say enough about how beautiful and welcoming it was and we look forward to going back.”

“A delightful visit will be assured with a visit here. The proprietors are kind and informative. The breakfast was exquisite. If you are an avid B and B guest, don’t miss the chance to experience this home.”
