“The property was nice. Individual thermostat in the room didn't appear to be working correctly. Front desk when checking in and out was very nice and cheerful.”

For example, when my Hungry as a Wolf order wasn’t ready, they told me it was because they haven’t had any orders in a while. Despite the inconvenience, I appreciate the communication from the employees. I appreciate how much care the employees of Great Wolf Lodge put into the resort.”

“Horrible property but at $60 a night you get what you pay for. The beds were super uncomfortable. The carpet in my room hadn't been vacuumed. The air conditioner was so loud it had to be replaced. There were ants near the windows. The staff doesn't even stand up to greet you. I had to make noise for the guy to even look up from whatever he was doing. It's clear they haven't been trained in hotel protocols. As a single woman traveling alone, the clerk should not say my room number out loud for……
