"Staff did their best. Claimed the hotel was full and couldn’t give a more convenient room location but the place was a ghost town. Very remote at the end of the pier, difficult to hail taxi or uber without a significant walk to a midpoint at the pier. Too far from downtown but perhaps it would be fun for family during the busy months at the pier."

"What a beautiful hotel full of history and elegance. I wish that something would have been offered for breakfast. (A croissant, bagel or even toast and fruit). But otherwise the stay was very pleasant and they worked to accommodate my room to be close to my daughter and grandson."

"Just a regular hotel. There’s no advantage of going thru VRBO. Plus first they put me in the wrong room that wasn’t the one I paid for, but after I pointed that out I was put in the correct room. If you want to stay here book thru the hotel."
